Good, because the appalling conviction rate is now news again. Perhaps the offended minister would like to back constructive action to effectively “re-criminalise” rape once the truth sinks in? Assuming of course that any of her Conservative buddies give a sh**?
It’s a very hard crime to prosecute for reasons well beyond government control
I really hope this isn’t labour going back down the road of throwing away justice to meet some artificial target for conviction rates…
