Last month the industry pleaded people should use less gas and electricity because otherwise companies would get into trouble.
This shows people did (because of prices), so isn’t it up to them to pull their own weight now?
Can’t give too much detail but did a standard check (FOD Finance) of a big company. They invested millions into CO2 reduction because the emission trading now, finally, started to cost too much and it was better to spend money on reducing their footprint than just buying their certificates.
