Found in Salzburg. Don’t know what it says but based

  1. It just has the starting line from Finnish national song “Oh our country, Finland, birthplace, let the golden word echo” (or something along those lines).

  2. We must find the traitor who gave away our nations greatest plan and put it on flyer for everyone to see!

  3. That is a bit different version of Suur-Suomi (Greater Finland), based on the areas around us where Fenno-Ugric languages are spoken.

Suur-Suomi was a WW2 idea by our nationalists, but normally it did not include Sweden’s and Norway’s Sápmi-regions because even our most hard-core nationalists have no ill feelings to towards our neighbors to the west

  4. Honestly that landmass to east of Finland should belong to Finland and I say this as a Swede which has no ties to Finland or even Finn-Swedes.

  5. Yes, the norwegians called it [“Finnish danger”](https://fi.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suomalainen_vaara)

The Estonians wanted it [Estonian-Finnish federation](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Estonian-Finnish_federation)

The Russian population knows it, [concentration camps](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_Karelian_concentration_camps)

We even hated Russia so much that [we allied with nazi germany and attacked Russia (Soviet Union)](https://fi.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jatkosota). Ofc If you call it “Alliance” some butthurt Finns will come and say it was “brotherhood of arms”, because it wasn’t “formally” alliance, but you should know that this narrative that Finland wasn’t an ally was pushed in 1943 when our german friends started losing.

Similarly, you could close your eyes and call the ongoing war in Ukraine not technically a war between Russia and Ukraine, just a military operation, because Russia didn’t declare war to Ukraine.

  6. What a weird map, it’s missing the great Lake Ladoga (Laatokka) and us Finns wouldn’t invade our brothers and sisters in Estonia!

  7. It’s the first sentence of the Finnish national anthem in Finnish. And the territory on the map is the area where Finnic languages are spoken. Including Estonia and the areas Sámi people live in Norway, Sweden and Russia. Suggesting Finland should invade Estonia and Sápmi lands is a terrible suggestion. They’ve suffered more than enough colonisation and invasions. We should be kind to our cousins, not cruel.

  8. Thats the same border Finland has in a game I play. I played as Sweden and helped Finland achieve that. Kinda weird how I managed to get about the same in the game as it is made there. Btw, to the Finns reading this. Suomi on kaunis maa, sincerely: Sweden.

  9. Seems to me like russian propagandhists are really pushing the “look, everyone’s after us!” -narrative.

With Estonia also under finnish flag, they are maybe trying to influence all the pro-putin russkies living in Estonia and watching russian tv. Soon this will be shown in their pathetic tv-shows as a proof of Nato’s and Finlands plans to invade St. Petersburg and enslave Estonia’s russian-speaking population.

Ps. There are hardly any finns in Salzburg, yet quite a few russians.

  10. Well, it’s not based and it’s likely glued there by some far-right nut.

There’s little to interest in Finland invading Russian territory. The territories we lost are in horrid condition (even Vyborg is reduced to a piece of shit, with the exception of some tourist areas). The population of those territories is almost purely Russian by now. Has been for a couple of generations. What would we do to them, displace them, steal their homes? How would that be better than Putin. Besides, those regions are so poor they would send our economy spiralling down.

Then the map also includes Estonia. What the hell? Estonians are our allies. We would never invade them.

Finally, slapping a big Finnish flag on Sápmi is just a very insensitive thing to do with regards to indigenous rights.

All in all, a silly and naive sticker which is likely the work of a neo-nazi or an imbecil.

I’m not assuming OP knew all of this, so no hard feelings!
