When I bought 25 years ago – back in the happy almost affordable days of yore – I chose a part of Dublin that is over 70m. No Sandymount or city centre for me. I had no idea how fast the sea level might rise, but I wasn’t taking the risk of getting washed out.
I’m good, might need a boat to go shopping but overall it’s not too bad
