6. I like to imagine the dog death squad prearranged to meet up once the Glenroe end credits started and off they went to do a bit of sheep worrying.

7. PSA’s in general are terrifying. On youtube you can find whole playlists of creepy/ corny/useful etc.

There were loads of scary public service ads in the 70’s and 80’s – drowning in quarries, overhead wires, children pulling kettles of boiling water over themselves, chip pan fires, unattended cigarettes burning the house down, and I remember one awful clip of a child’s foot getting caught in the side of an escalator – still gives me the shivers.
