I think it depends on how they get along with the guy that’s leaving. If they slag each other off regularly it could be seen as the last time to mess with him. If they barely have a relationship at work then it could be seen as a real dick move.
This seems like the kind of thing that would get widely shared on Facebook and people who want to feel like they’re a part of some cause will harass the dude who came up with the idea and/or the person who made it. We lack the context to say whether it’s too far. If they have a good relationship with the colleague then it’s probably gonna be seen as funny. If not then it could be a HR nightmare lol
Not really appropriate for work. The left hand side would have been enough. The right hand side is really funny, being a Protestant doesn’t automatically make someone a Unionist or Loyalist.

It’s very funny but also unfortanately the sort of thing that people love to take screaming offence over to show how thoughtful they are.
