Make your own mind up as to the character of our Taoiseach-to-be.

  2. If you’re going to be slithery you have to be use words, not abuse them. first rule of business, a contract is a contract, even when under review.

  3. Just so we’re clear, he’s released a statement again highlighting the difference between the document in question and a broader contract and attacked those who blur such lines.

So you’ve taken references to contracts in his 2020 speech to suggest they’re the same thing.

    Pssst – I think he’s talking to you…

It’s as if the language around legal contracts is extremely complex and following a legal investigation by the DPP finding nothing awry you think using the “find” function on a speech is a gotcha.

Varadkar is a hypocrite on a great many issues, but there’s literally been an investigation clearing him of wrong doing and still, here we are.

  4. The question not answerer is what did Leo gain by leaking this confidential document. He did it for a reason but that is still unclear

  5. Found it interesting he called the allegations false, when it was not the truth of the allegations which were at question, he had admitted to leaking the contract to his mate. It was whether the allegations constituted a crime.

It’s as though he’s trying to rewrite the event in his favour.

  6. Just think that this smarmy cunt will be running the Country again by Christmas. Merry Christmas indeed.
