In other words 2/3 don’t want speed limits lowered
Absolutely has to be done for countless reasons.
Improve the road network. The majority of dangerous driving I come across is suicidal lunatics trying to overtake coming up to bends or hidden dips etc. at 80 mile an hour and shooting back in in front of you. If there were actual overtaking lanes on more roads that would make a huge difference, because you can’t stop idiots being idiots but it would at least stop them risking other people’s lives.
