Kind of shocked that many think it’s going well tbh.
I’m more interested what doom scenario were the 18% expecting that they think it’s going well.
More like.. there are still 18% of Britons who think Brexit is going well
From a European perspective, brexit is not going well and we’re delighted. Let the UK serve as a lesson about what happens when you decide to unilaterally end free trade and free exchange agreements.
I’m greatly looking forward to the usual pro brexit trolls tying their language in knots trying to explain that all is well and France should be blamed for everything.
Wrong going the way I expected . would vote leave again
Oh well, we will still be overall fine.
And all of them are on r/europe
Brexit has been a dumpster fire from minute 1.
The fact that they didn’t try to work out a deal first, then ask the people if they wanted the deal or to just remain is stupid. Instead we were asked if we wanted the status-quo, or if we wanted what could range from rainbows everywhere and everyone getting a free unicorn to the entire country spontaneously combusting.
David Cameron doesn’t get enough shit for how badly he messed up the whole thing, as well as the remain campaign.
Can we just rename it to “keksit” and get it over with please.
It’s definitely too early to tell, the impacts, especially with covid, will only be noticeable in the long term
Daily cringe Brexit bad post ✔
Can I post tomorrow’s one?
The other 82 percent don’t suffer from altzheimer, dementia , or mental disabilitys.

The far more astonishing thing is that these 18% decided to make this sub their batman cave
But they have blue passports now!!!
*Not a good start, Boris!*
I think Brexit was always gonna be not great in the first few years after leaving, it’s a massive change and lots of details have to be worked out and negotiated with people having to adapt to the changes.
The real test of whether Brexit was a success and any potential benefits will be in 20-40 years time. If the UK’s economy is outperforming the EU then you’d look back and say ‘well the 3 weeks where Co-Op didn’t have any Watermelon wasn’t that bad in hindsight’
> 52 per cent of respondents think that things have gone badly since the transition period ended 11 months ago.
If we’re to use the same metrics that the remoaners on Reddit do to count remain voters then it’s actually 48% of Britons think it’s going well.
I want it, I’m glad we have it.
I wouldn’t reverse it given the opportunity, and I hope we stay out for good.
That said, the execution has been absolutely dreadful and the government is clearly incompetent. I’m not convinced a competent government could have done much better, though.

Whoopsie.
I’m surprised it’s in the double digits
52 percent of our country was duped by a bus.
I’m fine with it. I just think Johnson is a twat.
Damn Brits! They ruined Britain!
