Yes, I guess the moment you purchase the ticket you will have unlimited train travels for exactly 30/31 days.
probably excluding those things that are always exluded: tourist tax for the train to zaventem and any train crossing the border

Yup. Love this pass it’s great. Have fun, all you need to buy is the airport supplement and if you cross the border!
