Hahaha not sure why you are getting all negative comments here. I see your point with people being allergic and all… I have honestly seen this scenario a couple of times here in Lux. So I thought it was normal here. However, after a quick google search apparently this is NOT allowed. The City of Lux clearly states that dogs should be seated on one’s lap or on the floor (properly leashed of course).
