Im looking for 100% whole wheat bread([whole wheat bread](https://www.naturesownbread.com/natures-own/100-whole-wheat)), but I can’t seem to find any? Vollkornbrot is highly popular but doesn’t taste the same (it’s whole grain anyways).

Sugar free Marmelade? I was sure that they would have some here but I can’t find any.

What seasons are the cheapest fruit? Or is it cheaper to buy frozen? Any tips would be amazing, please and thank you!

  1. If you are American, then I am sorry to have to tell you that German bread usually doesn’t contain one of the major ingredients of American bread: sugar.

  2. It might be easiest if you can send a link of a reference product you know from your home for which you are looking for a german equivalent. Especially the bread range is so vast and diverse that pure guessing might not be very fruitful.

Sugarfree jams and marmelade could be available in the shelves for diabetics. This is usually a separate shelf in the supermarket dedicated to products for people with dietary restrictions

Edit/ the image you added looks like what is referred to as “vollkorn toast”. You would most likely find it in the prepackaged bread isle of your supermarket. A popular brand is “golden toast”
