The problem is New Builds have had such low standards and require repairs so fast that they’re basically American houses and cost more over time than they should. People are reluctant to rent or buy New Builds if they can choose.
Great so here in the south particularly my area where the lowest price is now around 320k for a one bed flat they can put down around 16k leaving them with a 304k mortgage. It is a joke.
I get the feeling that this isn’t actually a good feel kind of story.
