As an eco-caring lefty who lives close enough to Doel that a serious accident there might mean I die, I 100% agree with this.
We have all the facilities to deal with nuclear waste. It is the most environmental friendly energy source we have right now.
The only issue is getting the Uranium, since a lot of that used to come from Russia if I’m not mistaken.
