Road trip country side of Germany : what to see/do (no big cities)

Hi,

I plan to go in Germany with my car (I come from Strasbourg).
I’m looking for beautiful things to see and cool things to do, but I don’t enjoy big cities. Lately I were in a ice cave in Austria ( [Eisriesenwelt Werfen](https://www.eisriesenwelt.at/en.html) ) , ride a train in a cave in Slovenia ( [Postojna Cave » Postojna Cave Park (postojnska-jama.eu)](https://www.postojnska-jama.eu/en/postojna-cave/) ) and his castle [Predjama Castle » Postojna Cave Park (postojnska-jama.eu)](https://www.postojnska-jama.eu/en/predjama-castle/) . This kind a thing amaze me, I got bored of cities (with museum, church, statue, museum, church, statue, museum, church, statue……………)

I was wondering if there were this kind of activites in Germany
