Any thoughts on this? For me this does not seem like any news, but I do feel this is one of the first attempts at really making an end to end assessment on the possible causes of the ridiculous real estate price increases and the potentially criminal intent behind it. I do not think this study will change anything. I firmly believe the political elite does everything they can to keep prices rising and the only thing that can stop them would be everything blowing up in their faces.
