I know it was supposed to be built years ago etc but I’m talking about now – what is the fucking hold up? It’s probably ignorance on my part but I genuinely don’t understand how this can’t be planned, built and up and running in 5 years max. 5 fucking years like!!

They promised it a long long time ago, as anyone who bought an apartment in Northwood in Santry would tell you, it was part of the marketing for the whole place.
