Misleading headline! The actual advice The Guardian are referring to, from an NHS foundation trust, is “Don’t allow your children to stay in the sun **for long periods** [my bold]”. No one is credibly saying you shouldn’t allow children in the sun.

Sod the children – keep ME out of the sun!
Ever since I finally got my diagnosis of photophobia, it suddenly all made sense as to why I always end up suffering terrible debilitating migraines anytime I spend more than a minute outside during a bright sunny day.
I’m taking this coming week off work, so I can lock myself inside of my fridge for the next 120hrs starting Monday!
