You’re not the only one, i had enough time to discover Belgium and even as a neighbouring visitor i always opt out for the graciousness of the North sea rather than any concrete jungle of a city. Btw where exactly is this? Doesn’t look like Ostende, Westende, Middlekerke, De Panne…
This could be heaven.
This could be heaven.
This could be heaven for everyone.
People hate the beach?
Gistern ek me vromens in eur gat gepakt
It’s just sad when you realise how it should/could have looked
Our beaches and dunes are still top class. It’s just when you turn around that you get depressed.
”Avec la mer du Nord
Pour dernier terrain vague
Et des vagues de dunes
Pour arrêter les vagues
Et de vagues rochers
Que les marées dépassent
Et qui ont à jamais le cœur
À marée basse
…”
If you look that way it’s nice. But don’t turn around.
I don’t think people hate the coast itself, but more the way our coastline has been butchered into appartement walls and luxury investments for old people
