Surely Michael Gove will form the new **Gove**rnment, hes been scheming for years, he deserves to go first.
It’s been pretty well reported (or rumoured) that Rishi and Boris didn’t get on, and when you’re made COTE then party leader or future PM candidates is the next step on the ladder.
Plus it’s not like Boris would remain leader forever, so what did people expect?
