Only in the academic world can someone steal something, keep it for 20 years and return it on the sly at their leisure without being caught and without anyone seemingly giving much of a fuck that it was stolen. I wonder what happened to the CCTV as well… lol.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s some old ex professor/lecturer who is being shielded because of their “honesty”.
