The Peace Treaty of the Peloponnesian War was agreed in the Greek city of Sestos in the Dardanelles Straight in 404 BC, between the Athenian “Emperor” Thyramenes and the Spartan General Lysander, following the Battle of Aegospotami.
This here is nothing more than an official commemoration with a symbolic gesture.
