  10. Have you managed to find the one that is just a photo of some smarties in someone’s hand and then a fella says “A handful of smarties goes a long way!” in a Dublin accent. My favourite low-effort advert of all time.

    If you don’t mind, I’ve a tip/suggestion. Please deinterlace the footage to 50fps and upload it in at least 1080p. Then it’s as close to an archived copy as can be done with as little data loss as possible. I know the source footage is probably only 480i but YouTube has severely downgraded their 480p and 720p encodes over the pandemic to save bandwidth so its not very good anymore, especially when you throw old/noisy/pixelated video at it. I’ve just noticed all this from my own work and reading up on it over the last while.
