Just empty, vapid and useless crap. A PDF page with some useless information and ‘advice’. Been my experience with similar services and apps and programs
I asked my GP to refer me to go speak with someone after I found my dad dead,it really fucked me up,well my dad is gone 6 years as of April and I never heard one word back from the HSE since my doctor referred me.
First I have to get a GP which is proving difficult.
Got a referral about a year ago, heard nothing since

Speak to your GP, Primary Care Psychologist, Counsellor, or…..Jigsaw?
