  1. Paint is not intrastructure. Honestly I’m amazed at how many bike users ireland has with such poor bike infrastructure. Would love to see more protected bike lanes…

  2. Dya not hear It’s the new Rose of Tralee semi final bonanza…

“Think you’re the next Rose of tralee? All participants must cycle through town with no helmets, in debs dresses… only 5 will get through to the final.”

  3. If this is where I think it is wasn’t that knocked over about a week or so ago, like completely flattened as you turn the corner by the bank?

  4. On the one hand, what do they expect to happen.

On the other, if I were out for a walk and watched some cyclist hit that I might have a chuckle or two after making sure they were safe.

  5. I was in America recently and I found it interesting that the cycle lanes were between the footpath and where the cars can park, a lot safer.

  6. Just going by the dust around that one and not the others it looks like this was put in just for the photo……

  7. they should have put the other two inside the bike lane as well. make it like a fun obstacle course that you have to get through

  8. It’s at the end of a hill where the bike lane appears to hit some kind of pedestrian crossing or pedestrianized area. It’s there to slow cyclists down so they don’t hit people I would imagine.
