Is like a little moth, they are like 5 to 8 mm long.
These are pantry moths. You can buy traps. It’s very important to go through all your drawers, check all foodstuffs for webs, eggs, caterpillars,… especially in rice, pasta.
They’re very hard to get rid off. Throw away all infected food, clean the drawers with detergents. Hope for the best.
I keep my rice in the freezer, the little buggers won’t get there.
Does it eat clothes?
First you need to notify the OCMW of a procedure of eviction. Then you need to mediate, this is where the other party can stall if they are of bad faith. When the legal proceedings are finished, a bailiff can remove him.

Put lavender to keep them from coming back, works best in a bag that lets air treu.
Glue strip traps specifically for food moths. I have em too. And for clothing moths too, in other parts of the house
