PCCs should not exist.
So 183k for a huge amount of responsibility. Honestly, it’s a perfectly sensible wage for someone carrying so much weight on their shoulders. This is a job they will live and breath 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You do not ever truly clock off from a job like this.
