I made this self portrait today. Thinking about my childhood and how I spent most of it in the country side, at my grandma’s house. I remember the first time she introduced me to the traditional clothing my grand-grandmother made by hand, and how happy she was telling me that will be mine one day.
Felling a little bit nostalgic and sad, I usually don’t see romanian artworks or things that represent România, so I wanted to do a piece that is close to my heart.
I’m not a patriot, and I know how is România, but I still love some of our traditions and people. When I was younger I was ashamed to be a romanian and avoiding to tell people I’m from România, I wanted to move elsewhere and start a new life, but as a young student I came to a realization, that the way I see România and the way I think about it is wrong. Yes we have corruption in our country but if all of as young people move from here, it will stay corrupted. So I stayed and I’m trying to change some things.

Ai talent, așa că poți desena normal, aplici o funcție de pixelare a imaginii și după aceea nu-ți mai rămâne decât să corectez imaginea pixelată.
De regulă pixelarea automată răcește imaginea dând impresia de artificialitate, pixelii rezultați nu sunt umani, sunt medii matematice, deci e nevoie de o mână umană pentru corecții dar imaginea finală va fi mult mai bună decât dacă ceea ce faci acum, pixel direct.
Astfel cu timpul vei renunța la automatizare ([https://pinetools.com/pixelate-effect-image](https://pinetools.com/pixelate-effect-image)) și vei putea face pixel art la prima mână așa cum trebuie, în orice caz ăsta ar fi procesul meu dacă aș urma ramura asta.
