Why only five countries? Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Austria, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands and Finland and some others also have advanced industry, they can do it without effort but money.
The yanks are unfortunately way ahead of us in this regard. While the rest of the world is moving towards reusability, Ariane 6 will still be expendable and expensive to launch.
