I have mixed feelings about rent caps, they can limit housing supply so much, but on the other hand rent is pretty much the number 1 problem in the developed world so it seems necessary
Rent caps don’t work, it just helps the lucky few who can stay in rent controlled places.
Just expropriate the properties of landlords and build more housing.
