Don’t know about you guys, but I’m kind of tired living through financial crisis after crisis.
It’s almost like the entire financial system needs a rethink because the current one is a ticking time bomb that explodes every decade.
If you’re not on the ladder now, it’s over. Serfdom awaits.
Housing market with an economy attached.
Nothing changes until you stop mass immigration
People and institutions panicking and converting other assets into property? That’s the only reason I can think of for prices rising now.
Good job just getting rid of Boris will fix all of this /s
Fattening the goose before the slaughter. Trouble is how long does that last and can I live where I am now.
This isn’t actually house price growth subtracted for inflation. We’re actually close to a 20% cost of living adjustment this year. As of the dust is settling in the commodity and equity space I suspect the next domino to fall will be housing.
I met my old economics professor the day, and said to him: “Do you remember when you taught us about the laws of economic supply and demand? Turns out that was all horse-shit.”
