Guys, I have a leather jacket which has this on left arm. Anyone has any clue about this? What could it be mean? What is that? (Jacket is from Netherland)

Patch of a local regulatory department. Not sure which city though. Don’t recognize the green banner-thingy at the bottom.
Stadstoezicht (loosely translates to city oversight) are people who make sure the general experience in a city is nice. They might tackle literring, wrong parking, stuff like that. Like a separate police force for boring day-to-day stuff. They can write fines too but generally not much else when it comes to enforcing the law, if they have a more serious issue they’ll just call the police.
The tag obviously doesn’t mention the name of the city so I have no idea where it is from exactly
It’s from Rotterdam and stadstoezicht (literally city surveillance) essentially is sort of a mall cop or bobby for the city. They aren’t proper police but so called BOA’s ( buitengewoon opsporings ambtenaar) which means they don’t get guns and they do a lot of stuff like checking parking.
Just to add: i think it would be illegal for you to wear that jacket in public (when you are in the netherlands)
I work at a municipality in IT, but know some of the boas, and it’s not only writing fines and boring stuff all the time. They have some authority and pepperspray sometimes and they are allowed to spray and contain people if needed.
But yeah still not police..
