So I’ve found boots that I’ve been searching in www.outdoortactics.lv and I have been trying to reach them via phone, but operator says something in Latvian I do not understand and then hangs up. Can someone help me out and tell what does it say?

there are no complaints about them on sudzibas.lv , they’ve been around 8 years and the company itself is from Estonia. idk, seem legit. maybe someone has bought from them before in this sub.
