Am I the only one who cannot call certain hotlines like Deutsche Bank 24/7 telefonbanking?

The thing is that i have movil operator, thats panamian operator (im in Panama right now). It was working and i could call german numbers. I was calling certain 24/7 services like my bank for example. Now out of the blue i cannot do that. I click call, then i dont hear any sounds and then it shows me „call ended“ (very similar to when you are on blacklist on someone’s phone). I didnt even hear those sounds of when u are calling. I checked and i still have some minutes to call. I got 70 min left ( i mean my tariff, i have 250 minutes international calls).

Also, I tried to call other numbers of simply people from germany with german numbers that i know. And it is working. Whats going on?

I went to movil service and they say they don’t know whats wrong. And panamian numbers i can call no problem.

And before it was working. I also then tried to call just for fun to make sure some other hotlines (just for the case maybe Deutsche Bank blocked panamian numbers or my number for some reason). I called Lufthansa, some other 24/7 hotlines (like this – https://www.deutsche-flagge.de/en/hotline +49 40 3190-7777 ) – same story. No phone call, no sounds. It is dialing number and then its hanging up. All happens in like 3 seconds literally

Edit: Also-i called Sparkasse hotline- i get the answer. So it’s very very weird. It makes no sense. And as i said-numbers of people that i know i could call as well
