  1. Surprised they didn’t try turn it into a hotel? What happened to the made idea of putting a tourist railway thing around the park and covering a huge chunk in carparks?

  2. Long overdue, the Magazine Fort has been neglected for years. Hopefully they do something worthwhile with it.

    Of course I can already see plenty of moaners in the comment section who seem incapable of going anywhere without their car.

  3. Great, but shouldn’t we wait until there is a viable government that can do work without siphoning millions of euros?

    This could costs many billions we don’t have under FFG.

  4. Most important question here is: will it have a visitor shop? I so need to buy rulers, pens, USB keys and notepads branded “Magazine Fort”.

  5. My only question is which part they’re going to turn into a hotel? Because we all know they’ll try and squeeze one in there somehow
