Does anyone knkw how many people have been charged with upskirting?
I presume this legislation also covers intentionally photographing a “builders bum” and also those trying to see what a true Scotsman is wearing can be prosecuted under the upskirting offence.
This really should be a crime already, although any attempt to have it criminalised might be shot down by the arch-bastard of the commons, Chris Chope
It’s interesting that the upskirting law was not worded in such a way to cover this too. I guess it just shows the required specificity of vocabulary when drafting legislation.
Any charges considered for unbuttoned blouses? 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
