It was the abandoned Hotel Britanika in Kaunas for anyone wondering.
It depends on the building probably. I guess someone might come to check what you are doing.
10 years ago we entered one at night, we were preparing an “orientation game”. There were no signs, nor visible cameras on/inside the building, and we got company after 20 minutes or so. We flee as fast as we could from there when we saw the car approaching in the distance. And it was not the security service car.
We left some stuff behind though, and returned next day via another entrance (it was a huge building), and still the car came later. It probably had motion sensors or hidden cameras too. It was outside the city and we guessed some nasty stuff was going on there.
