  1. What I don’t get is why the guys that want the licences don’t just provide the proof that they have historically fished there as agreed?

    And if they don’t have the proof why are they applying in the first place ..I mean they have to say where they got their catches from when they land them, so if they have been fishing the last few years the records will show it.

    ROFLMAO. There are so few French fishing vessels affected that they can’t even manage to blockade a single port or road.
