RIP. So sad. At least 3 people have lost their lives fighting fires in the last days in Europe.
This problem is only going to get worse. I don’t know if we need to build a new firefighting plane or get more Canadairs (do they still make these?) / buy a license to make them.. But we need to decide on a common European course of action now.
