They look like used one use, pressurised canisters.
The type you use on life vests and boats who auto inflate when you pull a cord and such.

It’s not that popular in Greece so I’ll assume tourists but I may be wrong. It’s very common in London.
NOS cannisters. It’s a gas mixture (nitrogen oxide) that, when inhaled, relieves pain and gives you a buzz.

Whippets containing nitrous oxide. They load dispensers with these canisters, fill up balloons with them, inhale and get high.

The next most common thing British tourists bring to Greece aside of their money….Drugs. laughing gas to be precise. Extremely common in England for some reason. I guess its their only way to laugh/feel happy.
**assuming its British tourists since 90% of the time its their trend**
I remember seeing these everywhere in England.
Never learned what they are as well. Also, I’ve never seen them here in Greece so I would suppose a tourist left them.
Aliens’ garbage.
So these are capsules(nitrous oxide) for disposable cream chargers. In Kavos, they fill balloons and sell them to tourists (it was 5€ no idea how much is now). You inhale/exhale from the balloon. You get few seconds of being numb, dumb and with no control of your body.
