>They will either be families who have arrived in Cyprus and are being hosted or they are *unaccompanied children.*
Erm….
How many 100 000 or 200 000 or is the chief pedophile making a token gesture again?
Bergoglio needs to stop virtue signaling
Wow, the comments here are truly horrendous. What is wrong with you people?!
If they will be living at the Vatican and provided for by the catholic church, that’s a noble gesture.
However if once they arrive they just get unloaded on the Italian government to deal with that seems like a rather empty bit of virtue signalling.
He’s good at words, but this mean he will smuggle migrants in Italy
Article says:
1. He’ll bing about 50 migrants to the Vatican
2. It will be families and unaccompanied minors
3. He’s doing it to send a message to larger European states
What the article doesn’t clarify:
1. If they’ll take random families and unaccompanied minors, or if they’ll screen for those truly needing asylum
2. If they’ve already filed claims in Cyprus, or are still undocumented
3. What they will do in Vatican City (will they be given jobs?)
