Just in: The aircraft was an Antonov cargo plane carrying ammunition from Serbia to Jordan. The police and other officials have blocked the site and forbid anyone from coming close, because there are lots of explosions.
UPDATE: 8 people dead and confirmed “dangerous cargo”.
Greek media are talking about 41 passengers.

Any explanation why aparently a Ukranian plane transported weapons from Serbia to Jordan? These countries haven’t been the closest allies recently.
