Energy sources for electricity and heating in Sweden

  1. Could district heating be relevant for countries like Germany, that current rely on things like gas for heating? It is quite efficient since it can recycle leftover energy from industries and waste burning. Burning waste also ensures it doesn’t end up in nature (and a lot of the emissions can be filtered). It’s not completely fossil free when burning waste, but better than a lot of other options and has other upsides as well.
