I suppose this scene is taken from an actual place in Ireland. Can you help me identify it?

Kilkenny is the marble city and has the marble bar.
Black and Amber are the Kilkenny colours.
Looks like KK alright, might be somewhere like Gowran.

Pretty much. Ó is Irish for ‘from’ and de is French for ‘of/from’.
Some Irish names that have Norman origin have a ‘de’ instead of Ó or Mac in the original Irish version. For example – Burke = de Búrca, Butler = de Buitléar
Liam de Paor shop was in Arklow Co Wicklow but the street isn’t split level so probably an amalgamation of images.
