I wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t see such a continued rise in interest rates, despite the massive inflation. With a recession around the corner it may not be wise to force such high interest rates.
Is there a war between No 10 and the bank?
Very sorry, but it is going to get a whole load worse. Norway are about to turn off gas supplies to the UK.
It has everywhere to be fair, you don’t need to be an economist to work that one out. What we need is for politicians to tell us what they are going to do to help the public or to limit this downward turn as much as possible.
