All it takes with busses is a decision.
Make diesel busses illegal or very highly taxed by 2030 and you’ll have 100% electric by then.
Hydrogen for some of them. I wouldn’t expect full EVs, just due to the charging time (it’s not terrible for a car, but it is significant when you’re driving ~8h a day).

Zero emissions =/= EV. There’s also hydrogen vehicles like those manufactured by Wrightbus in Co.Antrim as well.
