I am wondering if this year i have to make a joint tax declaration with my ex-spouse? we separated in 2019 and got divorced in august 2020. it means we do not live together for amost 2 years. but since on 1/1/20 we were still legally married.albeit officially separated. i don’t know if the tax declaration for the 2020 income should still be joint declaration or not?
anyone can shed some light. I went to asccofist but they invoice quite a alot so I will try [taxx.lu](https://taxx.lu) instead.
I know itis a bit late but I have normally until 31/12. or so i heard.
another think i have been working in Luxembourg since 2017 and i never heard back from taxes… are they that delayed?

You do have until Dec 31. I cannot answer the other question
