Reading a translated book. No clue how to pronounce FL’s name. Would love some help.

  1. What’s the title of this book and what is it about? I guess it’s about medieval Poland, because Świętosława is an archaic name.

  2. It’s easier to start learning it from the back, so by the time you have to learn the horrible beginning everything else is already there.

    So:

    wa [Va]

    ława [Wha Va]

    tosława [Toss Wha Va]

    Świętosława [Draw the rest of the f*****g owl. No, I’m serious, there’s no reason ŚWIĘ should exist, it’s a travesty. There’s no Ś or Ę sound in germanic languages, like, at all. Just call her Sława, she won’t mind]
