Since I got to try sahti for the first time at Krouvin in Hartola, I’ve been curious about the brewing process for it. Lo and behold, a YouTuber took a try at it! Curious to know if there are any brewers here who can comment on the accuracy of this recipe!
I didn’t watch the video but the glass in the title picture looks like it’s not fully fermented and will turn your stomach.
