The constant government put downs are getting very tired very quick.
Not only that but they’re effectively making it illegal to request a Judicial review. There by trying to shore up the planning scandal in An Bord Plenála.
Who nominated Hyde?
Who appointed Hyde?
How was his nomination vetted?
Did his appointment follow normal procedure?
As his appointment to the board was illegal his decisions are invalid.
3 board members must approve decisions. If Hyde is involved only 2 could legitimately vote on applications.
In special circumstances 2 members is enough, but only with express permission of David Walsh who is refusing to say what permissions he granted.
His appointment seems to be a corrupt attempt to force SHD developments through ABP, and with them land, contracts, and generations of rent/wealth of the nation.
